JESUS LOSES NONE
This morning I was struck with some thoughts that I began writing down and
before you know it I wrote a short paper that I felt I should share with you.
Please do not hit your delete key, this writing is for you.
In this imaginary world in which we live we are constantly deceived by the
tempter of our mind. We are drawn away continuously by the desires of our heart
to further bury ourselves in the realm of materialism. This world is an illusion
created by the desire to be independent from our Maker and Creator. Meanwhile
our Creator, God – Father, continues to create out of the invisible dimensions a
world which is establishing itself as a Kingdom to bring down all that we have
built and believe to be real. Our carnal minds have been polluted by our
teachers and scholars who claim to be experts in their fields, yet are always
changing their perspectives in order to stay politically correct as to not
offend. The majority, as well as the minorities, is catered to in such a manner
that right is wrong and wrong is right. But at the same time our God never
changes. Our ideal of God changes because of outside influences which carry us
away with notions and conclusions which are birthed from within mortal man. So
that which we give birth to dictates the realm of death and thus we continue to
sow death upon death until the carcasses of the dead become the veil and shields
us from seeing truth.
The truth is “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto
himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the
word of reconciliation.” And this is all we need to understand to break the
illusions of life and to enter a spiritual realm and break free of the literal
physical world.
And now after all of these years of following men and their cunning craftiness I
have learned through suffering that the message to the world today should be the
same message the Apostle Paul preached. 1 Timothy 4:9-11 “This is a faithful
saying and worthy of all acceptation. For therefore we both labour and suffer
reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men,
specially of those that believe. These things command and teach.”
If the world could only see that there is no other to turn to, there are no
choices and no other option when it comes to the things of the spirit. Isaiah
45:22 “For I am God, and there is none else.”
My privilege is to declare that Jesus Christ is “the propitiation for our sins:
and not for ours only, but also for [the sins of] the whole world.” (1 John 2:2)
He was sent for one purpose and that is to be the Savior of the world. (1 John
4:14)
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
(1 Tim 2:4)
Luke 10:22 All things are delivered to me (Jesus) of my Father:
Look at that verse. The Father gave Jesus ALL THINGS. “The Father loveth the
Son, and hath given all things into his hand.” (John 3:35) Let us agree that ALL
things and ALL power were given to Jesus. “As thou hast given him power over all
flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.”
(John 17:2) Let us agree that it is Jesus not man who holds the power of
salvation. Let us also agree that Jesus sits in the place of authority “Far
above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that
is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:” (Eph 1:21)
High and lifted up above all things, “all things are in subjection under his
feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing [that is]
not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.” (Heb. 2:8)
I hope we would all conclude that Christ Jesus controls all things and that all
things have been given to Him. If Jesus were to loose one of these precious
ones, if one of these sheep would wander off to be lost, does Jesus give up His
rights to this sheep? Or does He retain ownership of that which He purchased
with His own blood? “What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of
them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that
which is lost, until he find it? “ (Luke 15:4) I tell you friends, as a man with
a limited ability to love for I have not yet come into the fullness of God, if
something is mine and I own it, then it is lost, I do all in my power to find
and to retrieve this lost object. Jesus who is love for if you have seen Him you
have seen the Father and we know that God is love and that is all He can be.
Jesus will go and find each and everyone that is lost. For one, He loves them
and He laid down His life for them and secondly they belong to Him, thirdly He
has the power and authority given to Him to do so. “When He has found it.” Not
“If He shall find it” But “WHEN” He puts this little one upon His shoulders in a
place of safety, comfort and rest and brings it back to the other ninety nine.
Who is this one that has gone astray? Well, it is ALL of us. “All we like sheep
have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath
laid on him the iniquity of us all.” (Is 53:6) Jesus lay down His life for the
sheep. Though we have all gone astray and have forgotten who we are and to whom
we belong, yet we “are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.”
(1 Peter 2:25)
What is God’s will? “That none perish but that ALL have life age-during.”
Jesus reaffirms this position “And this is the Father's will which hath sent me,
that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up
again at the last day.” (John 6:39)
So what did Jesus loose? How many? NONE! “Even so it is not the will of your
Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.” (Matt
18:14)
Why can’t they be eternally lost? “Now they have known that all things
whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.” (John 17:7) It is because we are of
Him.
Because God said it I believe it! It is written “All will come to Him and He
will not cast out any!” (John 6:37)
John 5:28 “Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are
in the graves shall hear his voice,” I see the Word of God as a spiritual book
to be applied spiritually to our lives. Most Christians today literalize each
and every verse until they get to scriptures they have trouble with and then
they say “It is too spiritual I can’t figure it out” John 5:28 is one of those
verses that we can apply this very hour. “For ye are dead, and your life is hid
with Christ in God.” (Col 3:3) We are dead until we hear His voice and come out
of our graves (carnal mindset) Christ is calling us forth unto salvation, out
from our graves, out from the old and into the new.
You will not find the answers to hard questions by reading books, watching TV
evangelists or even reading my newsletters. The answers are found in the world
of the unseen which is around us. Look not at those things in the material world
as if they are real. For they are not who we are. But rather seek God and there
you will find the answers that will transform you into His image and likeness.
“For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour,
the Lord Jesus Christ:” (Phil 3:20)
